When you send a quote request or custom order, we keep what you give us: your name, your email and/or phone number, and the details of what you'd like made. Contact messages work the same way. That's the whole list — the site has no customer accounts, so there's nothing else to collect.
Payment is settled directly between you and us through Venmo or PayPal after we've confirmed your order. Your card and bank details go to those services, never through this website — we couldn't see them if we wanted to. Venmo and PayPal have their own privacy policies that cover that part of the transaction.
Browsing the shop sets no tracking cookies. There are no analytics scripts, no ad networks, and no social-media pixels on this site. The only cookie in use is the login session for shop staff in the admin area.
To answer you and to make your order — that's it. Request details arrive at [email protected] (delivered through our email provider) and are used to quote, confirm, and fulfill your order.
We never sell or rent your information. It's shared only with the services needed to run the shop — our web host and our email delivery provider — and only as far as running the shop requires.
We post our products to our own Facebook page. That posting is one-way: this website doesn't receive or collect any information about you from Facebook or Meta.
Order and request details are kept as long as we need them for fulfillment and plain-old bookkeeping. Want yours removed? Email us and we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep.
